Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) with careful attention to packaging that protects the integrity of your premium beauty products.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baxt Beauty purchase. Our returns process has been designed to reflect the premium experience you expect from our brand.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • All original packaging and seals must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • Fragrances (including “Shop all Fragrances” items)
  • Cleansers
  • Moisturisers
  • Skincare products
  • Travel Sets (if opened)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Beauty Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Raleigh facility using a trackable shipping service (address provided in RMA email).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal value. For higher-value products, you’ll be responsible for the price difference.

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item. Please indicate in your email that you would like an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns

For our international clientele, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or with reduced value on customs forms.
