Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • Fragrances (including “Shop all Fragrances” items)
  • Cleansers
  • Moisturisers
  • Skincare products
  • Travel Sets (if opened)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Beauty Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all protective materials included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Raleigh facility using a trackable shipping service. The address will be provided in your RMA email.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, you will be responsible for the price difference. Please follow the standard return process and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our international clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or with a reduced value on customs forms.
