How do I choose between different fragrance concentrations?
Our fragrance collection includes Eau de Parfum (longer-lasting, higher oil concentration) and Eau de Toilette (lighter, perfect for daily wear). Product pages clearly indicate concentration levels. We offer two premium delivery experiences:

Free Standard Shipping: EMS service (15-25 business days) for orders over $50 – perfect for skincare staples or beard care kits.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian countries?
Certain regions have complex customs regulations regarding beauty products containing SPF or alcohol-based formulations. We’re actively working to expand our shipping network and apologize for any inconvenience. Please check our Shipping Policy page for current restrictions.
How are fragile items packaged?
Our Raleigh-based fulfillment team uses premium cushioning materials and specially designed partitions. Fragrances receive extra bubble wrapping and are shipped upright when possible. Glass bottles are individually protected to maintain the integrity of your luxury products during transit.
Can I upgrade my shipping after ordering?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Please email our concierge team to initiate the process. Note: Due to international shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance products.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International transactions may take additional time to appear in your account.

Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Currently we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We’re evaluating DDP options for select markets to further streamline your luxury shopping experience.
